Ordering

• How can I make changes to my order?
  Simply email us at cs@candywirez.com within 24 hours. Be sure to include your order number! 
• How long does it take for my order to ship?
  Standard orders are typically processed between 1-3 business days. Please email us if you have any questions about your order. Expedited orders are sent same day as long the order is placed by 2PM PST.
• Do you accept international orders?
  Yes, we do. We're excited about our international customers and have tried to offer the most reasonable shipping rates possible. In the shopping cart you'll be able to select your country and view the options available to you. If you don’t see your country listed and are interested in placing an order, please email cs@candywirez.com and we will be happy to assist you. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you.
• Do you charge sales tax?
  We are not required to collect sales tax on any orders outside the state of California. For all California orders a sales tax of 9% does apply.

• How can I pay for my order?
  Click on PayPal or Credit Card upon checkout.
• Do you accept Credit / Debit Card?
  Yes! We accept major credit / debit cards via PayPal and NO PayPal account is required for checkout (except for a very few specific countries). Please choose "Don't have a PayPal account?" upon checkout as illustrated here.
