RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return or exchange any unused or defective merchandise within 14 days. Returns made within 14 days of the shipping date will be refunded to the original form of payment. After 14 days, candywirez cannot accept returns for any reason other than defects for items under warranty (please see below for more details). Items purchased on sale are final sale, and are not eligible for refunds.
Only items purchased directly from www.candywirez.com will be accepted. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please get in touch with them directly for returns.
Returned items must be in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Non-returnable items include items purchased through retailers, incorrect products purchased, and damaged products through customer mishandling. However, we will replace a damaged item as per our warranty policy (please see below).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Candywirez provides pre-paid and pre-addressed return labels for returns or exchanges on damaged items only. In order to proceed with a return and receive this information from Candywirez, please email cs@candywirez.com noting your order #.
In order to process a return on an item you are unhappy with, feel free to send us back the product within 14 days of purchase in order to qualify for a refund. Customers will need to cover expenses associated with returned products.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the received item(s). If processing an exchange, you will receive confirmation of shipment and tracking. If issuing a refund, you will be notified once processed. Please note that refunds can take 2-3 business days to process depending on customer's bank.
