TREND UPDATE: Neon Is Definitely The New Black

Don’t believe us? Who What Wear reported months ago during Fashion Month that neon design was trending with the finest and the fabbest.
“The beauty of this trend is that it goes with nothing, so it goes with everything,” author for Who What Wear, Allison Payer, reports. “We’ve spotted the fashion crowd styling neon sneakers with both neutral basics and equally “extra” pieces, so there are no rules when it comes to this trend.”
